How often should I use Invite E Pure Oil?

Directions and ingredients For skin health maintenance: Apply a few drops once daily to clean, dry skin. May be used on the face, neck, hands, and legs as a moisturizing treatment.
For dry, cracked and dehydrated skin: Massage oil gently into skin morning and night, and whenever skin feels dry and depleted.
