Directions and ingredients 1. Fill cup with 200ml of fresh, cold drinking water.
2. Empty contents of one stick into 200ml of water and stir as required.
3. Consume immediately after preparation. Discard any unused solution.
4. Do not mix Hydralyte Plus with cordial, fruit juice, soft or sports drinks.
Recommended Dosage 12yrs to Adult: Maximum 2 sticks per day.

CONTAINS: Sugars, sucralose. Contains 156.48 mg of potassium per 200 mL dose. Contains 275.75 mg of sodium per 200 mL dose.
