One tablet contains the recommended daily intake (RDI) for magnesium. Combines magnesium with co-factors for improved absorption and utilisation.

Directions and ingredients Adults and children over 9 years - Take 1 tablet per day with a meal, or as professionally prescribed. Not suitable for children under 9 years unless professionally prescribed.
